A gentle Montessori morning programme for ages 1–3
Silver Leaf Montessori Playgroup offers a nurturing, caregiver-accompanied morning programme designed around the developmental needs of toddlers.
Children are given opportunities to explore, make choices, build confidence and develop growing independence through purposeful activities, movement, sensory experiences, music, stories and outdoor play.
Each child attends with a parent, nanny or caregiver, providing the reassurance of a familiar adult in a shared learning environment.

Enrolment is for the school term, with fees payable monthly.
For younger toddlers
For children under 18 months who still have a morning nap, a shorter morning and reduced-fee option is available. Please contact us to discuss your child’s routine.
Programme leadership
Silver Leaf is founded and led by Monique van der Heijden, who has more than 13 years of experience in early childhood development and Montessori education. She holds an NQF Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Development and Montessori training for both toddler and 3–6-year age groups.
